Blockchain module is a main module to connect your systems (smart contracts,etc) to real blockchains It can be read-only mode where you do not connect any wallet to blockchain or read-write mode where you selected wallet to connect

You can check your balances here and top up it. For testnets you can use faucet service to topup testnet balances
